You might have seen him as you watched above but the Pastor laid this by you after you had gone home. I read it often...it doesn't make sense to me but I do like it. He Only Takes the Best God saw you getting tired, And a cure was not to be So he put his arms around you, And whispered, "Come with Me." With tearful eyes we watched you, And saw you pass away. Although we loved you dearly, We could not make you stay. A golder heart stopped beating, Hard working hands put to rest. God broke our hearts To prove to us, He only takes the best I love you, Pumpkin. It was a long day 12+ hour day and I like that I still have time to write to you and cry at my desk...good thing about being in early and/or late...not too many people in the office =) I hope you are doing well.
